Real and legal persons are required to consume more than 2000 kWh which is the rate of electrical energy determined by Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA) for becoming a Eligible Consumer and to choose their own suppliers.

The amount which can also be referred to as the bare consumption amount; is the multiplication of the unit price determined within scope of the agreement by the consumption quantity.
